Registered BCG customers can now: Place multiple orders online where they will normally receive confirmation within 1 hour (during Contact Centre opening times.) View their account status Download their invoices directly to their PC and help save a tree Download product prices and specific account terms in an Excel format View and Track the status of orders Create quotations and have access to pricing Add their company logo and print off quotations for customers, providing faster and more professional pricing
www.bcgxl.co.uk also offers real time stock availability providing customers with answers to all their stock queries, at any time of the day.
