In a recent interview, Mike Alder said, "I always take the time to educate my customers, showing them exactly how their dryer vent system works and how to properly maintain it between my annual visits. Many have called the office, emailed or written to thank our technicians for taking the time to make them aware of the dangers that could be lurking in their laundry home." Mike concluded his interview saying how rewarding he finds his recent career change to be. "I am happy to be servicing my community with an important and vital service," said Mike. "I urge consumers to contact me to have their dryer vent system inspected to be sure it meets current local codes and UL safety standards."
