the National Outsourcing Association's award for Telecommunications Outsourcing
Project of the Year at the NOA awards ceremony held on Thursday, October 23, 2008.

The NOA awards aim to reward organizations for success in outsourcing projects, as
well as raising awareness for the importance of best practices in outsourcing. The
awards acknowledge achievements in IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, as
well as sector specific achievements in telecommunications, finance and utilities.

Luxoft won the award for its work with Aepona, a leading telecommunications software
provider. Luxoft worked with the company to develop a leading-edge 'mash-up' portal
application - the 'Network Gateway', which simplifies the delivery of new and
existing applications for telecommunications companies. The Gateway also works to
future-proof providers for the next generation of network technologies and to ease
the process of network upgrade, expansion and reconfiguration.
