The training division will operate from MaxsoftEUR(tm)s Bangalore office. The addition of this new division marks the continued expansion for Maxsoft in Bangalore, the region it has been serving in CAE field for the past 3 years.
The training programs will be oriented towards the dedicated vertical engineering applications in the automotive, aerospace or defense, like engine, power train, thermal management, vehicle dynamics, flight control, propulsions, antennas etc. In addition to the traditional commercial training that will be provided from this division, the training center underscores the company's dedication in also promoting technology in colleges, and expanding service to educators and students in preparing them for the challenges of the Automotive, Aerospace, Heavy Engineering, and Electronic Antenna design fields.

MAXwissen will have dedicated faculty members, who have vast domain expertise and theoretical knowledge which can complement the software applications.
The training school also offers placement assistance to students undergoing this training. The company plans to train around 150 engineers in the year ending March 2009.
