Minda Industries Limited (MIL), the flagship company of the Rs.1000 crore NK Minda Group, announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2008.
The sales for Q2 in 2008-2009 were Rs. 12,779.00 lakh up from Rs.10,913.87 lakh in Q2 2007-2008 marking an increase of 17% over last year.
Profit after tax was up to Rs. 332.09 lakh in the same quarter.
The earning per share was Rs. 3.16 in the quarter ended June 30, 2008.

We have managed to bring about better productivity within our facilities by focusing on increased efficiency, so the recessionary economy has not impacted our bottomline much.
