to announce that expansion of its brand of high value, low cost vehicle rental with
the opening of two new locations in Baton Rouge, LA. and Fontana, Ca. New franchise
owners Jim Levy from Baton Rouge, LA. and Bill Sidhu from Fontana, CA both recently
attended and completed the week-long Rent-A-Wreck training class at company
headquarters in Laurel, MD.

Bill Sidhu is a recently retired executive who previously made his home in Toronto,
Canada. After retiring, Sidhu and his wife decided to start a new life in the sunny
climes of Southern California, making Rent-A-Wreck an investment they could both
work in as they enjoyed their second careers as their own bosses. Sidhu has
discovered that he has a ready made customer base in the truck drivers who make
Fontana a waypoint to the port of Los Angeles. Already, many of these drivers have
utilized Sidhu's Rent-A-Wreck as a convenient supplier for short term vehicle
rentals that they use to run errands while waiting to haul their next load.

Jim Levy is an entrepreneur who graduated from LSU in 1974 with a degree in
Advertising. Prior to purchasing the Rent-A-Wreck franchise, he has owned and
operated a Fact-o-Bake collision repair facility in Baton Rouge for more than ten
years. Rent-A-Wreck will operate alongside his body shop, and while his current shop
customers will make up part of his base, Levy is eager to introduce his Rent-A-Wreck
to the rest of the Baton Rouge community as a locally owned and operated solution to
their transportation needs.
