The program will be implemented during Shermco's work on Hurricane Ike recovery efforts.
Employees are provided with "I Saw Something Safe" entry forms are encouraged to be on the lookout for safe work practices or observations and describe each incident on the form. All cards will be entered into a weekly drawing for a prize, and at the end of Shermco's work on Hurricane Ike recovery efforts, a final drawing will be held to award the recipient with their choice of an entire house of Stainmaster carpet or $5000 cash.
