generation Loyalty Management product on a major European network.

Press Release Body: The Sicap platform is already revolutionising Loyalty Management
for the operator and is proclaimed « third generation » because it enables the
marketing team to launch redemption and points offers without the IT development
normally associated with legacy systems. The Sicap tool works with an easy,
rules-based spreadsheet interface which plugs directly into the network. It has
capabilities extending far beyond previous generation tools which offered only
mass-market promotions based on static customer profile information.
For operators, the get-to-market effectiveness of Sicap Loyalty Manager opens up
opportunities for Telco2.0 business with retailers. Because marketing departments
can have new schemes on the market within days instead of weeks, they can offer
timely, last minute offerings linked for instance to sports events, holiday periods
or sales promotions with a retail partner.
Transaction-level micro segment targeting enabled by Sicap Loyalty Manager can be
used to entice customers into a high-street outlet to redeem a free sample, get a
discount, or drink a complementary coffee for example.
Real-time processing of network usage, including cross-business bonus aggregation
ensures that third party business partners connected to the network can implement
revenue-sharing schemes generated from these transactions or based on opt-in rates
by customers to receive such offers.

loyalty but also ARPU and ARFU, or revenue generated directly from interaction by

The 3rd generation Sicap Loyalty Manager was developed with core technology partner
Rate Integration and launched for the first time this quarter on a major European
network.
