The world’s second largest lighting event and the largest in Asia, will be coming to Hong Kong in October reports DirectRooms.com
Running for four days from 27th to 30th October 2010, the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair will incorporate a wide diversity of companies from the lighting industry. Visitors to the trade only event will be able to view the latest products from chandeliers to flood lights and kitchen lighting to LED advertising signs.
Major companies from around the world will be exhibiting to showcase to buyers the latest developments, designs and technology available to the market.
To provide visitors with easier access to specific product types, the exhibition has been divided into a number of specialised areas. These will include zones dedicated to household, commercial and outdoor lighting as well as parts and components and design and technology.
People using a cheap Hong Kong hotel will also be able to access the green zone to talk with providers of the latest energy saving lighting including solar lamps and designs made from green materials. There will also be the opportunity to hear about the most recent advances to measurement systems and design software in the lighting management, design and technology zone.
Throughout the event will be a series of seminars with presentations from key members of the industry talking about changes within the market and possibilities for the future.
The show is open from 9:30am to 7pm Wednesday to Friday and from 9:30am to 4pm on Saturday and entry costs 100 Hong Kong Dollars.
