Both of their plans dropped 50 cents: The Gold plan now costs $4.45/month and the Platinum plan now costs $7.45/month. These prices include a free domain name for a year.

The new prices are indicated by the title "Jahnx Web Hosting - New Low Prices!" on the main page and bolded, red prices on all pages containing pricing information.

"With all of the free and low-cost hosting companies emerging today...it's important to re-establish ourselves as the most affordable and feature-packed solution available," said founder Fitzpatrick Divelee.

In late 2004, Jahnx Hosting became the only hosting site on the internet to display realtime competitors' advertisements, affirming their extreme confidence in their low prices.
