Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties Names Vice President of Corporate Services Kristine Gibson Joins Local Commercial Real Estate Firm

Raleigh, NC - Billie Redmond, President of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has announced that Kristine Gibson has joined the firm as Vice President of Corporate Services. In this position, Gibson will manage the firm’s new, service area, which is focused on multi-market locations, and work with sales, leasing and
asset management while developing transaction opportunities with the firm’s national affiliates. Gibson has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry, working previously for Grubb & Ellis and most recently with Triangle Commercial.
