Secure IT is a state-of-the-art comprehensive file and folder encryption software. Secure IT is based on the cryptographically secure Blowfish algorithm (448 bit). SIT includes a secure e-mail module, that allows you to e-mail data to to other users using existing infrastructure. Secure IT also offers a very efficient file and folder compression feature. It also includes a file shredder module for added security.
Secure IT encrypts files from any application, whether spreadsheet, graphics, word processing. It can encrypt any kind of data on any medium including Hard Drives, CD ROM\'s, removable drives, flash disks and even the memory card on your camera.
Secure IT offers command line processing for encrypting and decrypting files at the dos prompt. You can group a series of encryption and decryption commands in a single or multiple batch files and run it to get the desired results.
Secure IT runs on all 32-bit versions of MS Windows(95/98/Me/2000/2003 Server as well as XP).
Secure IT uses a non-proprietary, open source, public domain encryption algorithm, Blowfish, at a key strength of 448 bits. Blowfish is one of the strongest cryptographic algorithms in existence. Also supports AES encryption algorithm, the official US government standard.
Secure IT has a built in shredder which allows you to delete your data securely leaving no traces of it on your computer. The Secure Email feature in Secure IT allows for the creation of self extracting encrypted files.
