Press Release Body = In October, 2005, two of TEAM International's technical specialists began attending the Post Graduate Studies Program in Organizational Development at the "Perspectives" Center of the National Technical University (KhPI). KhPI is a leading university preparing IT specialists for Kharkiv and Ukraine. Project Manager and Team Leader expect to learn a lot from this program regarding implementing change management projects, involving personnel in decision making and improving their general effectiveness as managers. The Organizational Development program is designed for managers who want to effectively lead changes in their organization to enhance competitiveness. It consists of 120 hours of coursework in the Organizational Development, Management and Leadership and is the equivalent of 8 credits in an MBA program. Classes consist of lectures and case studies based on personal experience. Project Manager and Team Leader participation in this program illustrates another aspect of TEAM International's collaboration with the National Technical University (KhPI).
