Most recently, Shoaf was a Division President at Milliken & Co. for both Finished and Greige Textile Fabrics. About Ben Shoaf Shoaf has a B.S in Industrial Engineering from Hampton University. He also completed the Executive Management Program at the University of North Carolina in 1988, and the Advanced Management Program at Harvard in 1999. Ben Shoaf joined Milliken & Co. in 1974 at the Magnolia Dyeing and Finishing Plant. He held positions in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Technology, Production Supervision and Plant Management before moving to the division staff level.
Most recently he held the title of Division President for the Finished Apparel and Specialty Fabrics Division. In his 31 years in the fashion apparel, performance apparel, uniform and napery markets with Milliken, Shoaf also held positions as Director of Development, Director of Technical Services, Director of Marketing, Business Manager, General Manager, Division President and Corporate V.P. and Officer. In addition to the line responsibilities, Shoaf was also the corporate process owner for "Product Innovation" and "Total Cost" from 1997-2004.
