"We have found, through many years of coaching self-employed women, that most of them feel alone and don't know how to cope with the growing demands from their family and their professions," says Stringer. Teresia LaRocque is a professional speaker and a pioneer in the now booming profession of personal and business coaching. Teresia is the first recipient of the International Coach Federation\'s Master Coach Credential in Canada and was just recently nominated as a finalist for the first annual Canadian Coach of the Year award.
Sonia Stringer is a business coach, speaker and author who has created a loyal following in several different business communities. Sonia has conducted training and coaching for Fortune 500 companies, as well as hundreds of entrepreneurs and small business owners.
