Press Release Body = New Online Research University Tuition Free and Rockin\' the Boat

diUlus Institute & University (dIU), a tuition free,
self-accredited education research based incubator founded by Global Academy Online,
Inc ., is the world\'s first totally tuition free
university
without strings attached.

Designed by Global Academy Online, (the Academy), the new university provides an
open book for the Academy\'s institutional clients to view how to properly develop
and deliver online courses and instruction to a global market. Courses engineered
and developed by Academy faculty include degree programs in 31 disciplines; all
designed according to the Academy\'s Dean of Faculty, Dr. Larry Brown, a former
Harvard Fellow and accreditation expert "to meet strict national and international
accrediting standards."

Eligibility for admissions, according to Registrar Kim Parsons, is limited to 150
diUlus-scholars. They are selected from among potential students from United Nations
identified developing countries and those currently serving in the military forces
engaged in the war on terror. Parsons went on to say, "It is now possible for
scholars who otherwise could not afford the heavy price of a college education to
study under outstanding doctoral faculty."

LaFonda Oliver, public relations director and VP of Communications for the Academy
notes, "As a self-accredited institution in America and a licensee from a claimed
thousand year old religious order seeking guest status at the UN, the faculty and
principals at the Academy realize its incubator research university has the
clinging-to-tradition types worried. They are", she says, "greatly concerned about
the speed with which a college or university can be formed, up and running, and
marketed internationally without having to spend years building a reputation."

Fred DiUlus, CEO of the Academy, grandson of the namesake of the University and
chair of dIU\'s board of trustees states "there are broad economic ramifications
being brought to bear on traditional institutions by the incredible growth of online
education. Their worst fear" according to DiUlus, "is the reality of the late Peter
Drucker\'s prediction, that brick and mortar institutions will not survive another
generation."
