Vice President of Training.

Colome comes to the company with an impressive background. Known as one of the
industry's leading dealership processing trainers he is a pioneer in assisting
dealership sales personnel professionalize their sales techniques for the constantly
expanding Internet customer. As Vice President of izmocars' training division,
Colome will establish izmocars as an industry leader in Hybrid Internet sales
systems.
A veteran of Autobytel, where he introduced performance coaching, his initial
Internet sales training program, Colome was responsible for establishing the company
as an industry empowerment leader.
Colome brings nearly three decades of retail sales and training experience to
izmocars. An industry training icon, Colome is the top trainer in the field.
Previously, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for San Diego-based
Auto Leap Corporation, a dealer-centered company dedicated to providing automotive
professionals with programs and processes to transfer Internet customers from the
website to the showroom.
Colome started in the auto industry in sales at the family VW dealership in 1976.
After showing a promising career in sales Colome opted for a different road and
ventured into the leasing arena. He began a leasing company and Auto Brokerage firm
where he was the owner and general manager. It was here that he grew revenues from
$600,000 a year to over $50,000,000 annually. After the brokerage firm, Colome was a
trainer/consultant for Half A Car, an international automotive training company for
Ford, Lincoln/Mercury, Mazda and Volvo dealerships represented in 20 countries. At
Half A Car, Colome managed a 15-state region, working with top-level executives at
Ford Motor Company to create training materials for seminars and dealership modules.
Colome worked Half A Car through the acquisition by Reynolds & Reynolds before his
tenure at Autobytel.
