Los Angeles, CA- August 29, 2006 -- RE/MAX of California and Hawaii recently
launched a $1.2 million print campaign dubbed "Luxury Is" for its Renowned
Properties division, which caters to affluent buyers and sellers.

The campaign is designed to break through the perception that RE/MAX is not part of
the luxury market.

"Our goal is to change perceptions," said Jeff Camp, director of marketing at RE/MAX
of California and Hawaii, one of the biggest real estate franchisors with more than
10,000 RE/MAX Associates.

The new campaign includes consumer and trade advertising, collateral, direct mail
and public relations. It was developed by the client's agency, The Miller Group,
based in Los Angeles.
