will mean the 2 companies will be integrated in to one, operating as DigitalRacks
(http://www.digitalracks.com), who already offer their own web hosting services.
LinuxHostingUK began trading in August 2005, and have since gained many new
customers because of their competitive price plans, good service, and fast setup.
The previous year has seen massive growths in the industry, with companies competing
for every customer they can get.

spokesman. They also said \"the acquisition will not affect any customer of
LinuxHostingUK or their plans, over the next few weeks however, they will notice
possible changes to their control panel, being from cPanel to DigitalRacks own -
Plesk 8.0\"

DigitalRacks have already taken control, as of last week. From that time, they
became the official owners of the brand, assets, and customers. And will handle all
queries. It is said that they DigitalRacks will not be using the LinuxHostingUK
brand name to offer any new services, but will offer it under their current trading
name DigitalRacks.
