announced the hire of Design Styles Inc. (DSI) to design her new corporate
headquarters. DSI is an award-winning architectural design firm located in
Clearwater, Florida. The motif behind Gendusa's new building is to inspire her

[p]The design spotlights focus on making the spaces as comfortable as possible for
the employees giving them some of the amenities of home including a gym, nursery,
lounge areas with sofas near the open cafeteria with a kitchen for food preparation
and covered outdoor Lanai\'s on both office floors. The overall design is intended to
give the people of Postcard Mania a fun, creative and high energy workplace that is
highly motivating.[/p]

[p]The 22,800 sq. ft. building will consist of:
> Two stories of office space over two stories of parking allowing for approximately
160 vehicles
> An exterior urban industrial design intended to emulate a New York style warehouse
circa 1920
> An interior that is an open, colorful and high energy avant-garde world with cost
efficient materials such as exposed block walls, exposed mechanical systems and
stained concrete floors. [/p]

[p]The differences in the interior and the exterior styles highlight the intensity
of the interior work spaces. Great consideration has been given to the building
design to ensure that the space allows the proper workflow throughout the office
with regard to the different departments and divisions. [/p]

[p]Andy Dohmen, AIA and Peter Fertig, Associate AIA, partnered in 1998 to form what
