Press Release Body = San Francisco - Nov 8 -- Tired of running to the post office
each time you need to send an important notice? Now, you don\'t have to. In the past,
the vast majority of legal notices have been sent either via postal mail, courier or
fax in order to receive confirmation of the notice being sent. SendCert introduced
today Certified eMail, a service that provides a permanent record of each email
being sent.

The service, whose main feature is it\'s simplicity, doesn\'t require either the
sender or recipient to have any special software. Messages are sent via webs browser
and can be received using any standard email client. To prove that a message was
sent, simply return to SendCert.com for verification.

\"It\'s simple and definitive,\" said CEO Jeremy Straub, \"and free -- it just doesn\'t
get any better. Best of all, it is as easy as normal email to use -- and your
recipient gets it with their normal email and can read it like any other message.\"

The service is currently free and retains the first two-hundred-and-fifty characters
along with sender and recipient information. The sender specifies a password that
can be used to verify the message. Once the message is sent, the sender is provided
with a confirmation number for the transmission. The confirmation number, from email
address and password are used to view and print the message verification and limits
access to the message to authorized persons.

SendCert is a San Francisco-based start-up developing software solutions to
facilitate electronic delivery of legal documents. SendCert is mail client
independent and can be used to send messages that can be easily received by email
users worldwide. No special software is required to receive mail and users need only
a web browser to send mail.
