Press Release Body = FELDMAN GALE FOUNDING PARTNER MAKES U.S. LAWYER RANKINGS FOR THE NATION'S TOP 10 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAWYERS MIAMI, FL - The intellectual property law firm of Feldman Gale, P.A. has announced that firm co-founder James Gale has been named to the United States Lawyer Rankings 2006 List of the Nation's Top 10 Intellectual Property Lawyers. The United States Lawyer Rankings are based upon the confidential opinions of members of the Bar, clients and, when applicable, members of the Judiciary. Attorneys are reviewed in twelve separate practice areas by The United States Lawyer Rankings staff. Only attorneys who have demonstrated the highest level of legal ability and the strongest ethical standards are eligible to be considered for one of the United States Lawyer Rankings "Top 10 Lists." Gale, a shareholder with the firm, is a registered patent attorney who focuses his legal practice on matters particular to intellectual property litigation and the national medical device industry. He was the Chairman of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Florida Bar for the last two years and is a member of the Executive Council of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar. Gale has been voted as a Best Lawyer in America and has been consistently voted as a member of Florida Trend Magazine's "Legal Elite," representing the top 1.7% of the lawyers within the state of Florida. He has served as outside general counsel while working in a national law firm, as well as serving directly as Vice President and Corporate Counsel of a major medical device manufacturer. While in private practice he has successfully represented companies in cases around the country involving patents, trademarks and copyrights, covenants not to compete, and theft of trade secrets.
