Five-year-old sketch comedy troupe Suspicious Clowns has been selected to close Chicago Sketchfest 2007, the largest nationwide festival of its kind. It is the group\'s third appearance in the festival\'s six year history. Directed by Vincent Truman, the 2007 performance of the group is a revue written especially for Sketchfest. \"Since we were asked to close the entire festival, we thought we might as well write something good,\" remarked Truman.
Suspicious Clowns is currently in pre-production for its ninth original show, slated to debut in April 2007.
