announced today that Joseph Iaricci has joined their board of directors.

Joseph Iaricci is the owner of JPI Associates which provides accounting and tax
preparation for companies and individuals. He earned a bachelors degree in
accounting from Clemson University. In addition, he has taken several intensive CPA
review courses as well continuing education seminars to keep current with changing
accounting laws.
