will commemorate its 25th anniversary of operating in the Coachella Valley with a
series of events to honor the local community. The month-long celebration ends
January 31st.

"We are extremely excited to have this chance to share our success with the
community," said PDNB Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Kevin McGuire, who has
been with the bank since 1989. "This commemoration marks a big event for the bank
and for the Coachella Valley as a whole."

Committed to customer satisfaction and community service, PDNB has been in operation
since 1981. The original building on El Paseo at what is now The Gardens on El
Paseo opened in December of 1981 with 6 employees. Over the last 25 years, the bank
has grown to three locations: Palm Desert, La Quinta and Rancho Mirage. The bank's
commitment to providing service excellence is personified by the fact that employees
are also partners in the business, thanks to a special employee stock ownership
plan.

including dessert treats in every branch every Friday and chance to enter the grand

The "25 Days, 25 Prizes" promotion is a raffle contest for everyone. The bank is
raffling off one prize everyday in each of its branches for 25 days and a grand
prize.

While PDNB plans to celebrate all month, their ongoing commitment to the community
is the real key to their success. "PDNB recognizes that it is through our
partnerships with local non-profit organizations that we are able to make a real
difference in improving the quality of life in our desert," noted McGuire. PDNB's
