Benefit Administrator, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Wayne E. Van
Eyk to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Van Eyk brings a depth of
knowledge and experience to SUNRx having spent more than 25 years in the
Prescription Benefit Management and medical claims processing industries with
companies including Medco, NDCHealth and Emdeon (formerly WebMD). During his time
at these organizations, Mr. Van Eyk has held roles of Vice President and General
Manager of WebMD and Vice President of Medco's Information Systems.

Mr. Van Eyk holds an Associate's Degree from Bergen Community College in Business
Information Systems as well as a Certification in Systems Development, Data Center
Management and Data Security from Farleigh Dickinson University, IBM and Chubb.

Mr. Van Eyk is affiliated with the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs
and the Data Processing Management Association. He has also served as a board
member for the Foundation for Diabetes and the Georgia council for Child Abuse.
