Efficiency Advantage, to evaluate and streamline the mortgage loan closing process
in their Mortgage Company. Efficiency Advantage facilitated the completion of a Six
Sigma project with the BSV Mortgage Company's management and staff in order to
improve the cycle time of their mortgage loan closing cycle. "Through a detailed
review and analysis of the current mortgage loan closing process and collaboration
on more efficient solutions, we were able to exceed originally stated goals for the
project and allow the Mortgage Company to not only close mortgage loans in a shorter
cycle time, but also increase their capacity for closing a greater number of loans
