Sarfaraz Rahim Iqbal Rafiq Chartered Accountants as the network\'s member firm in
Pakistan.

Rahman Sarfaraz Rahim Iqbal Rafiq (RSRIR) was created in September 2006 as the
result of a merger between the firms Rahman Sarfaraz & Co., headquartered in Lahore,
and Rahim Iqbal Rafiq, based in Karachi.

Rahman Sarfaraz & Co. had its foundations in the professional practice of Abdur
Rahman Mir who started his practice in partnership with Sarfaraz Husain Siddiqi in
1980. Rashid Rahman Mir joined the firm in 2001 and Irfan Rahman Malik joined as a
partner in 2005.

Rahim Iqbal Rafiq was established in 1983 on the joining of Muhammad Rafiq Dosani to
the practice being carried on by Abdul Rahim Salim Bhai and Muhammad Iqbal Sumar.
Muhammad Waseem joined the partnership in 2001.

The combined firm has 11 partners and a team of almost 200 personnel, including
Chartered Accountants, tax advisers, lawyers, management consultants and IT
specialists.
