of California. Effective today, Jaimini Health will begin marketing and selling
both Primecare Dental and Healthdent of California dental benefit plans through the
Insurance Agent marketplace in California.

In announcing the change, Mohender Narula, DMD, MDS, President and CEO of Jaimini
Health expressed his eagerness to continue putting the decision of providing dental

About Mohender Narula, DMD, MDS
Mohender Narula, DMD founded Jaimini Health, Inc. in 2001 through the acquisition of
Primecare Dental Plans and Healthdent of California. Dr. Narula has over 25 years
of experience as a practicing dental professional. Dr. Narula's extensive knowledge
and expertise in the delivery and management of dental benefit plans include the
development of managed care plans, best treatment practices and recruitment and
training of dental and service professionals.

Dr. Narula received his Bachelors of Dental Surgery degree and Masters of
Orthodontics in India and his DMD from Boston University. In 1993 he received a
prestigious Fellowship at Harvard University in Boston. Dr. Narula served as
Director of the Dental Department at Faulkner Hospital in Boston and is widely
recognized as a leader and authority on dental treatment and dental benefit delivery
