Bellinger holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Morehouse College, and is a nationally known expert in the field of anesthesia and pain management. He has been published in a variety of industry publications and is a frequent speaker at conferences.
Bellinger has over 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry, eight of which are in anesthesia and pain management billing, coding, reimbursement, education, and management. Through Bellinger\'s experience auditing and consulting for anesthesia and pain practices across the country, he has gained valuable insight into anesthesia and pain-specific coding and compliance pitfalls. These include common documentation problems that affect reimbursement, CRNA coding issues and how they vary between states, managed care contract issues that affect reimbursement, unique anesthesia & pain coding techniques that increase reimbursement, cardiac anesthesia and coding compliance.
