that it is launching its first annual IT Service Management Conference and
Exhibition in Beijing and Shanghai. The conference, focused on assisting China's IT
community adopt world best practice standards, is scheduled for October 22 - 23 in

According to Pink Elephant President, David Ratcliffe, the main theme of the
conference is 'Spotlight On Leadership'.
