announced success in obtaining new customers in the medical industry.

Press Release Body = SAGINAW, MI - May 22, 2007- DDI Engineering's new medical
division, DuPeron Medical, announced success in obtaining new customers in the
medical industry. With the assistance of CJPS Enterprises, LLC,
www.cjps-enterprises.com, DDI was introduced to prospective companies and is in the
process of bidding on other projects, which will have the effect of diversifying its
customer base even further.

DDI's first two medical device customers were in need of mechanical designs for
their new products. One of the companies develops innovative spinal implants, and
the other company was seeking assistance in the design and prototyping of an
invention that would reduce I.V. infusion medication errors.

DDI Engineering (www.ddiengineering.com) has been providing industrial OEMs with
design expertise, quick prototyping capability, finite element analyses and
calibration services for over 20 years. The company's expertise in mechanical design
in particular is being leveraged to penetrate the medical industry, and DDI has put
in place all the systems to service this industry, including the FDA-required
quality systems. "We are excited that we were able to show our strong design
competencies and that our creativity could be leveraged in the medical devices
field," said Steve Duperon, DDI Engineering's president. "We are thankful to the
local and state economic development organizations for their help in finding us the
assistance that we needed."

Saginaw Future, Inc., a local economic development organization, introduced the
high-growth strategy firm CJPS Enterprises to DDI Engineering in late 2006. CJPS is
known for its speed and results orientation, and its mission for that region was to
provide assistance to local businesses to diversify into the medical industry.

This assistance was also made possible through the 21st Century Jobs Fund Life
Sciences Pipeline, managed by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC)
and the state of Michigan through one of Governor Jennifer Granholm's growth
initiatives. This contract tasks CJPS Enterprises, LLC, to help Michigan companies
grow profitable business in the life sciences.
