SEI will provide single point of contact support of this equipment in the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Africa, and Eastern Europe, and will deliver it in 8 languages.
SEI currently has five call centre facilities in the United States, the United Kingdom and Hungary. Support for BMW AG is provided from its Debrecen, Hungary facility.
SEI has operated for over twenty years, already providing support to over 30,000 outlets, and handling almost 300,000 calls per month from its five US/UK and European desks. The Debrecen facility is being moved to new 4000m2 premises and staffing expanded to provide enhanced support to our clients.
