Press Release Body = August 28, 2007- Ft. Lauderdale, FL -- Kerry Szymanski, Fashion Merchandising instructor at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, knows her handbags, clutches, and purses. In addition to teaching in the Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising programs, she is the owner of SassyBB, a design studio where customers can create their one-of-a-kind handbag that represents their sassy signature style.
"It's all about color this season for handbags," says Szymanski. "Jewel tones of red, purple and green adorn retail store windows everywhere. Black and white is more popular than ever. Metallic purses are featured in a variety of sizes and colors to match your shoes or nothing at all."
Animal print purses are in full swing for Fall 2007 fashion. The zebra print is perfect for a laptop or back-to-school bag.
"The clutch still reigns supreme," continues Szymanski. "Big or small, the clutch is the perfect accessory for your fall wardrobe. It's feminine, funky and sleek. It meshes perfectly with this season's color trends which include red, pumpkin, mulberry, black and white. The convenient size is perfect for all those staple items every woman needs to carry."
Chains are big everywhere, either as adornments to handbags or the actual handle on a purse. "Mix and match metallic chains with animal prints to create the perfect fall fashion accessory," says Szymanski.
