Mangesh Kolhatkar brings with him a wealth of experience spanning 12 years with
leading global technology companies. He has a deep understanding of the networking
technology industry, and possesses expertise in marketing, strategy, customer
relations, and business development.

Commenting on his appointment Kolhatkar said, "Evalueserve's services not only

Prior to Pronto, Kolhatkar was Director of Marketing at Copper Mountain Networks, a
leading broadband networking solutions provider. In this position, he played a key
role in promoting innovative product development and executing marketing strategies
for next generation products while forging key customer relationships with large
telecommunications service providers worldwide.

Kolhatkar also held senior marketing positions at CoSine Communications and at
Nortel Networks where he was responsible for championing the launch of Nortel's
market-leading network switching products. He has also been instrumental in
developing strategic markets and winning business in the networking sector with
leading semiconductor firms such as Hitachi, VLSI (now Philips) and LSI Logic for
their specialized chip (ASIC) solutions.

Kolhatkar, while commenting on his role in Evalueserve, said, "My effort will be to
unlock value in a Technology market segment for Evalueserve's high value-added
knowledge and research services within Information and Communications Technology
companies focusing on Marketing, Product Management, Sales Support functions by
leveraging deep domain expertise, core competencies and skills, and access to

Kolhatkar holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of
California, Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Technology with Honours from REC Trichy
(now National Institute of Technology Trichy), India. He has also completed a
certificate in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of California,
Berkeley.
