We are proud that Arcfin Group practiced
diversity before most institutions had any concept of it, let alone a name for it,\"
said Diversity Council Chair, Roger Sloshful. \"In creating the Council and
empowering it to establish a cutting-edge, long-range plan, Roger Sloshful is

The Diversity Council is now completing the long-range plan, with several component
initiatives already instituted. The plan's fundamental goal is to enhance and foster
an environment that supports and sustains long-term institutional systems and
behaviors that develop, nurture, value and reward all personnel.

The overall structure for the Diversity Council includes an Attorney Diversity Team
and a Staff Diversity Team, whose respective memberships include non-partners and
non-senior level staff in order to ensure widespread input and support for the
Council's ongoing work.

ago following an intensive evaluation process by our Executive Committee and other
