Dolphin 6 \"Lightning\"
Dolphin 6 is almost a completely new script. BoonEx reports that over 90% of the code was re-written, DB tables count has doubled, the features set has tripled, and claims it is now ready to support any kind of web site.
BoonEx Ray is now free, and BoonEx has several options - free, ad-free and with BoonEx-hosted RMS (Ray multimedia server). Moreover, it can now work without RMS on shared hosting, albeit with some limitations. A new widget has been added to the lineup on this release - Video Player, for creating video sharing sites similar to YouTube, and they have reportedly upgraded all the current widgets.

Unity
In another undertaking, BoonEx also launched their Unity site, stating that they hope to make it \"the world\'s largest universal community of people and websites.\" BoonEx General Director, Andrey Sivtsov, says \"Unity connects people into one network no matter which sites they visit. People join communities; interact with each other on the Unity site and all other sites powered by BoonExpress apps or other compatible software, and this is the first and the most important step in turning the Internet into a friendly community, instead of just an information hub.\"

BoonExpress Apps
BoonEx claims this is the most exciting thing that they ever created. They instruct users to join Unity, obtain a small piece of code and paste it where they want to - a web-page, community site, blog, forum etc. and users will have media apps running on their site with very little effort. It is already deployed at BoonEx Blog and BoonEx Unity.
