Press Release Body: Barcelona in the end of October and November is still an impressive city. The weather will be pleasant but starting to get a little cooler ( 21°C down to 15°C. You won\'t find sunshine every day though, so be prepared for days when it could be overcast with a little rain. The beach is nice and the famous buildings are still opened for tourists..
But there is more, this November there are great festivals, exhibitions and events going on. For example:
Worldpress photo exhibition, 16 October – 11 November. This is the most important touring exhibition of photojournalism in the world. Each year an independent international jury selects winners from photographs submitted by, photojournalists, agencies, newspapers and photographers all over the world. The exhibition will be in Barcelona in the Mirador Hall. The opening hours are from Tuesday to Sunday from 11.00 – 20.00 and Thursday until 22.00.
L\'Alternativa Barcelona Independent Film Festival, 16 – 24 november. You can see feature films, short films, animation and documentaries. Listen to concerts and do workshopt. The aim of this festival is to shake people into feeling a live by shooting images at them. It is the 14th edition. It is held in six different venues in the city. Beefeater in-edit festival, 25 October – 1 November. This is the only music documentary in Spain, which is dedicated to the screening of music documentaries. Genres such as American Folk or Dancehall. It is growing in size but its mark is globally. It will be at the Ariba Club. For more information look on the website: www.in-edit.beefeater.es
