Press Release Author: Matt Bacak
Industry: Small Business
Press Release Summary: One represents growth one can stifle your business
Press Release Body: Don't micromanage. Always outsource tasks to others who will work for less. More profit can be made this way. This will also free up time to work on higher money projects and grow the business. Most people do not really understand outsourcing even though they think they understand it. For example, going to a freelancing website and asking a freelancer to create a graphic is not outsourcing. This could be considered out-tasking because you are only hiring the freelancer for one project.
Outsourcing, on the other hand, involves establishing a relationship. Hiring people to work continually and not on a project by project basis. For example, instead of asking a copywriter to work on a few projects, you set up an agreement. Usually, most Internet business entrepreneurs start out by working alone. Their business grows and they realize that they can't complete every job on their own, especially if they want to grow their business. Then they out-task projects to freelancers. These are on a project by project basis. Then they move up to outsourcing where they hire employees. Set up business relationships with the employees so that they work for the owner. Out-tasking is still okay, but if the next level is not reached the internet business will never really evolve. Stop searching for new freelancers for each project and/or posting new projects. Find a few freelancers turn them into employees. This will save time and headaches because trusted people will be in place.
It is important to realize that it takes time to find the right people. In the early days of the Internet business owners may go through several different people for various tasks. At some people that stand out and do a great job at their tasks will be noticed. Keep these people on staff. Don't think about being an expert at every aspect of the business. Instead, find people that are experts. Earn far more money and grow the business with a team of experts as opposed to doing everything yourself. .
