announced the opening of its first office to serve the Texas Real Estate Development
and Finance Market.

The Texas operation will be headed by Waco, Texas based Baylor University Graduate,
William Leslie Long II, whom will serve as President of the company.

The firm has completed three small residential real estate development projects
within the Waco market, as well as broken ground on its initial commercial project.

The commercial project will be part of the revitalization effort of downtown Waco,
and will include a multistory office facility that will feature a \"sports lounge\" in
its lobby. The building will built maintaining the ambiance and archetechtual
features that are common for the neighborhood, which is transitioning into an up and
coming area.
