Vice President of Operations. At Lucidus, Hahn will be joining the management team
of an internet strategy, development and hosting firm with a growing reputation for
being experts in the development of content managed websites and web applications.

Beginning November 5th, Hahn will manage all aspects of daily operations at Lucidus
and is responsible for all services delivered to clients. Rich possesses extensive
experience in building organizations in addition to developing systems that increase
the effectiveness of organizations and drive business value.

Prior to joining Lucidus, Rich has worked for companies like Boeing, Lockheed
Martin, and EDS, in the Washington, DC, area, where he developed a very strong
background in systems engineering and software development while providing services
to US Government organizations like NASA, DoD, and the CIA. Commercially, Mr. Hahn
built the web development organization at XO Communications and, most recently, the
Service Delivery Management at Marriott Corporation. At Marriott, Rich lead the
implementation of a worldwide, web-based automated IT Service Catalog and Service
Request workflow system. His team increased the number of services offered through
the catalog by 500% as well as increased average weekly transaction volume,
providing reduction in operating expenses totaling well into the multiple millions
of dollars range for those organizations with services offered through the catalog.
Marriott\'s Service Delivery Management program was recognized by the core
application vendor as a world class implementation of their product.

Mr. Hahn is originally from the Philadelphia, PA, area and has worked with Neil
Giarratana, President of Lucidus, when they were part of the same advanced
technology laboratory team at Lockheed Martin.

Rich has been a leader in the development of youth hockey in Northern Virginia for
almost 15 years. He joined the Reston Raiders in 1993 and has served the Raiders in
many capacities including Head Coach, Coaching Education Program director, member of
the Board of Directors, as well as VP of Hockey Development.

Rich is planning to reside in New Hampshire, and looks forward to his wife and sons
joining him in 2008.
