Press Release Body: Fingerprints, a consumer internet startup, announces the launch of the beta version of its website, www.gnome.in. Gnome is India\'s first democratic merchandise brand and operates through an online platform which encourages designers to collectively create and select AWESOME designs on a regular basis.
Designers can submit their creative work on the website. Through a simple voting process, all users of the website collectively decide on the winning designs. Winning designs are converted to finished product and made available for sale online. These products are also available for sale in retail outlets through tie-ups.
Only the best designs admired by all will be made available as products under the Gnome platform, thereby making it an honor for anyone to have his/her design being selected as a Gnome winner!
Gnome also announces a National T-shirt Design Competition, with submissions on till the 15th of January, 2008! More details are available at www.gnome.in!
