of this transaction is that the subject building is undergoing extensive common area
renovations including new granite flooring, new deep oak millwork, new lighting and
fixtures, new ceilings and wall coverings, new porcelain floors and extensive

at a pre-renovation lease rate and have the benefit of all the new improvements to
the building throughout the lease term.
