(OMSNIC) today announced PBHS as a new partner in the "Preferred Partners" program.
Effective immediately, PBHS Inc. agreed to become a Preferred Partner with OMSNIC.
PBHS is the premier provider of web sites, communication/patient education tools,
referral based marketing systems and the DVD Informed Consent System for oral and
maxillofacial surgeons.

As part of the arrangement, OMSNIC will work closely with PBHS to ensure that the
risk management techniques the company espouses are incorporated into products and
