3. Work like you are at work, setting a schedule everyday. When you are working diligently on projects and friends or family call, politely tell them you are working, and will get back to them as soon as possible. Some go so far as to not take phone calls during a specified period of time in either the mornings or evenings. People will eventually grasp and understand this.
4. If you use assistants, take time to train them. If you have people that help you out in your business, make the time each day to properly train them. If you don\'t, you\'ll find yourself working harder, than if you didn\'t have them. They have to be trained correctly in order for you to get results, and save yourself time. Also, a good filing system will keep your business sailing along smooth. Organization is the key, if you\'re not organized, you can hardly train someone else to be.
5. Make time to review your business. It is imperative to stay on top of your business by reviewing past months and projecting the future months. After starting, you will be able to see things that need to be done in the future, as well as analyze past mistakes.
