Press Release Summary: February 4, 2008 - Personnel who are expected to stop,
contain, and clean up releases of hazardous materials are required to have 24 hours
of initial training. Personnel who are involved in clean-ups at waste sites,
including Superfund sites, RCRA corrective action sites, or voluntary clean-ups
involving hazardous substances must have 40 hours of initial instruction.
