Press Release Summary: Do you waste time searching videos by watching them? With Fast video indexer it is now possible to get a complete visual overview of your entire video collection.
Press Release Body: UPPSALA, Sweden - February 12, 2008 - Inzomia today announces Fast Video Indexer 1.05, a new video frame capture application that makes it easy for all PC users to browse all videos in their entire video collection as story-board pictures.
With Fast video indexer any PC user can create indexes for their video collection by dropping video files onto the program. Fast video indexer works on a list of video files and captures video screenshots automatically a few seconds apart to create a video story-board for each file also known as an index. Each video index can be stored as standard jpeg images, HTML web pages or the video screens can be combined into a summary jpeg image.
Fast video indexer projects allow users to organize video collections and to add new videos as their collections grow. A new feature in version 1.05 is to create a brief HTML summary of a project. The summary lists the most important information for each video file and the first couple of screenshots. This information can for example be used to print a summary cover for a DVD video collection.
Fast video indexer also has a number of features for more advanced users like the ability to completely customize all output and to export data as xml.
