The 911 PREP Kit© was created by Billy Ward while serving as the sole caregiver for
his elderly Father. After several episodes requiring emergency attention for his
Father, Ward learned first-hand that when 911 is called it is vital that current
medical information is available to all medical emergency personnel. He started to
make out an emergency kit concentrating on redundant information for all three areas
of a medical emergency; the EMS arriving at the home, arrival at the Emergency Room
and the admission process. After creating his Father's personal readiness kit, he
realized that his experience could help others.

Designed to be easy to use for patients and caregivers as well as medical
professionals, the kit contains 3 pre-labeled folders (EMS, ER, Admit), forms for
all necessary information within each folder, 2 location labels and instructions in
a convenient carrying case. An extra set of forms and online access to additional
forms and information is also included.
