Exotic Cuisines Private Limited (ECPL), Fortune Select Exotica has been created with

traveler. The hotel is equipped with all possible necessities for incoming global

Palmbeach Galleria Mall on Palm Beach Road and other large malls are also being

Opened on 1st Feb'08, the 85 room property, includes 50 Standard Rooms, 19 Fortune
Club Rooms, 8 Fortune Club Exotica Rooms and 8 Suites. Mr Pawan Verma, Executive
Vice President-Operations, ITC Ltd.-Hotels Division, was in Navi Mumbai for the
inauguration of the hotel. "With the opening of its 22nd hotel-Fortune Select
Exotica, Fortune Hotels now has Select properties in the key destinations of Navi
Mumbai, Gurgaon, Chennai and Bengaluru, serving the needs of the discerning business
traveler", says Mr Verma. He adds, "ITC also has plans to build and own landmark
Fortune Hotels in the key gateway cities of Bengaluru, Kolkata & Coimbatore and
subsequently, in other key destinations.

As part of Fortune Hotels' premium brand, 'Select', the exterior of the hotel
presents an invitingly expansive façade. The 'corporate' look is enhanced by the
extensive use of dark wood and a uniquely harmonious blend throughout the hotel, in
which brown and beige remain the prominent colours. The designers of the property,
have also added highlights with turquoise and rust cushions in the rooms while those
in the bar area have lively outsized brown polka dots. The hotel rooms are
tech-savvy with wi-fi connectivity. Fortune Club, the chain's superior brand of
rooms, are also on offer. An exclusive Fortune Club Lounge is being planned and is
expected to be added soon to the hotel's large list of guest facilities.

In keeping with the requirements of today's rushed business travelers, the hotel
offers board rooms and a large Banquet Hall along with a conveniently located
Business Centre. Located at the ground floor level and equipped to handle up to 450
covers, the Banquet areas offer easy access without disturbing hotel guests.

The reception is located on the first floor and a unique bubble chandelier, with its
changing colors, is an interesting feature. Also at the lobby level is The Bar.
