Press Release Summary: Nitter og Simensen Asker AS, a Norwegian audit practice, has
joined the Russell Bedford accounting group as a Correspondent firm.

Nitter og Simensen Asker AS as the group\'s first Correspondent firm in Norway.

Nitter og Simensen Asker AS is an audit practice (revisjonsselskapet) located close
to the Norwegian capital, Oslo.

Nitter og Simensen was created when Halfdan Nitter and Petter Simensen acquired an
existing audit practice in 2002. The practice grew with offices in Asker on the
west side of the Oslofjord and in Moss on the east side of the fjord. Nitter og
Simensen has recently been restructured, with each office becoming a separate
company.

The practice in Asker is headed by Halfdan Nitter, a Registered Public Accountant
(registrert revisor). Halfdan studied law and psychology as well as accounting. He
has some 20 years of professional experience including working as a financial
controller in a medium-sized Norwegian company and some 15 years as a manager in
mid-market audit firms.

The firm serves about 190 clients, mostly small and medium-sized enterprises. A
significant proportion of these are engineering companies. Several client companies
have overseas operations in locations such as Denmark, Sweden, UK, Singapore and the
USA.

The majority of the firm's work is in the fields of auditing, tax consulting and
management consulting.

Nitter og Simensen Asker AS is able to draw on the resources of other members of
ERFA, a technical training and support association comprising ten small audit
companies in and around Oslo.
